SPICE UP YOUR RUM GAME
Made from traditional Jamaican rums infused with natural spices and aged in oak casks, Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum has a rich and unique character with sweet vanilla notes, dry fruits and delicate oak tannins.
Aged in oak casks
RICH & UNIQUE CHARACTER from an additional maturation ex-Sherry casks
After being infused, our rum spends a few months in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
This particular type of fortified wine from Jerez, Spain, is intensely and naturally sweet with notes of honey and candied fruits – a final touch that gives our rum rare length and complexity.

SPICES
coconut
Coconuts take up to 12 months to fully ripen to a brown shell surrounding dense, white flesh.
A palm tree yields about 100 coconuts per year. The pure white flesh of Caribbean coconuts adds exotic sweetness and rich, creamy texture to our rum.
vanilla
Vanilla is the world’s most precious spice. In Madagascar, vanilla flowers are hand-pollinated and harvested with traditional methods.
Their pods contribute a spicy, woody note that beautifully enhances our rum.
ginger
The ginger infused in Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum is cultivated in the island’s own Wait-a-Bit village and harvested 8 to 10 months after being planted.
This spice is celebrated in the island’s culinary tradition for its fresh and spicy herbaceous touch, perfecting our rum.
